Well on the way to magic goal

I signed up to gwenmccreadie.com mid July 2010 and by mid January 2011 I had lost 1 stone 11lbs and 13inches. During that time I had a 2 week holiday in USA, various weekends away and the Christmas period to challenge me and still managed to stay on track.
This is not a 'diet' but a new lifestyle which still allows you to do the things you enjoy in life. I am now well on the way to my goal and feel much better as a result of starting the plan. Not only are my confidence and self-esteem improving but I now have so much more energy.
I have now (June 2011) lost 3 stone 5lbs in weight and 24 1/2inches. The third photo is of me after finishing the 5K Race for Life in Dundee this year.
I find the eating plan extremely easy to follow. The best part for me is that you eat normal every day food and lots of it! I actually eat much more now than I did before, having quickly learned what is right and wrong. The recipes supplied with the plan are really good too and are great for getting new ideas. As I don't attend classes, I chose Moira as my Advisor and she is extremely helpful and supportive and definitely keeps me focused. If I ever have any questions, Moira is always on hand to answer them and she also helps to pick me up if ever I am feeling a bit low. I would encourage anyone looking to lose some weight to give this a try as opposed to 'fad' diets which in my opinion are not sustainable in the long term.
