New Advisor - Catherine Matheson
When I was made redundant from a lengthy career in further education, I decided to make some positive changes to my life. I began by joining one of Gwen McCreadie’s classes to lose the weight that had gradually crept up during my busy working life.
I found Gwen’s classes to be inspirational and motivating, and the humorous undertones always gave me a lift, in addition to beginning to lose weight to enable me to enjoy a healthier lifestyle. The Eating Plan was so easy to follow, and I began to enjoy cooking again, after years of rushing home to ‘ready meals’. I have also discovered that I have far more energy due to the healthier options.
When I was offered the opportunity to become one of Gwen’s advisors, I was delighted, as I can now help others to achieve the same positive outlook on life and enjoy beginning my new career!
