Kirsty T – my story
I joined Gwen McCreadie’s class after many unsuccessful attempts to lose weight on my own. I knew I needed to attend a weekly class to provide me with some discipline.
I was looking for something that was new to me and after searching the internet I came across Gwen’s website. Her rates were very competitive and her meeting place in the centre of town was convenient for me as I could attend during my lunch break. Occasionally, I would pop into one of her other classes held near my home if I couldn’t manage the town centre class.
I found an added bonus after joining that the plan involved minimal amount of weighing and calorie-counting.
Attending the weekly classes definitely helped me on the road to success. I received encouragement and helpful ideas/tips. The talks are fun and inspirational and I always come out feeling motivated and ready to face the week ahead.
The recipe books are very useful. Some of the meals are now family favourites in my household! I can now look at lots of other recipes and adapt them to fit in with Gwen’s plan.
I lost over 24 lbs and have reached target weight for the first time in my life.
Thanks Gwen, especially for arranging the complimentary mini-makeover at Saks. As you can see from my ‘After’ photo, I think they did a fantastic job!
