My name is Catherine, and I am a Balmore Lounge client – this is my story so far…..
Prior to joining a class on 1 June 2014, I had lost 1 st. 1lb. by myself, but I just felt that I also needed the support of a class - and it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
Since 2012, I have had two major operations – my back operation (in February 2012), and a complete hysterectomy (in February 2014). This meant that I had been prescribed a great deal of painkillers - and, as a result, I just felt so bloated, and had ballooned to a size 20.
The Gwen McCreadie Eating Plan is so easy to follow. You are eating normal food and are never hungry - it’s a totally life-changing experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone.
I stick mostly to protein days. I eat beetroot every day and drink hot blackcurrant juice. From May 2014 to December 2014, I went from size 20 to size 12 – my total weight loss in that period was 4 st. 3lbs. I have not eaten chocolate, cheese or butter since May 2014 (even though you can whilst on the Gwen McCreadie Eating Plan). I suffer from coeliac disease and have found other healthy plans hard to follow, but the Gwen McCreadie Eating Plan fits me perfectly.
I am so determined to reach my target loss of 5 st. 7lb. by this summer! I’m already starting to get more confidence, and now I love shopping for new clothes.
