I am feeling absolutely marvelous after losing weight with Gwen McCreadies' Eating Plan. Who knew that stepping on to the scales last August, 2014, with a positive outlook - and a bulging waistband - would set me on my first determined steps to lose weight, both for health, and for size reasons. Also, that it would result in a 40 lb. slimmer me by the end of February, 2015.
Age is no barrier here either. Also, I have never felt hungry, or felt that I was missing out. I have been following the Orange Route exclusively, as I am a vegetarian. There is so much choice, and lots of variety, which means that you don't get bored.
So, go on, take that first step!
