I heard of the Gwen McCreadie Eating Plan from a friend of mine who was doing really well on it, so I decided to give it a go. I joined Gwen's class and started my journey as I call it on 27 March 2012, and reached my target on 10 July.
I have to admit I was a bit sceptical, but listening to Gwen give her talk to the class and furnishing us with her expert advice I knew there and then I had done the right thing. Her Eating Plan gives great examples to get you started and once you get the hang of it, it's so easy. There is so much choice and the recipes are so tasty.
I have tried diets before but this one is the best. Hardly any calories to count or worry about and 200 bonus calories to spend each day or save for the weekend.
Gwen is so helpful and always on hand to help which is a great support. If you follow the plan as she has written it, the weight and inches will melt away.
